Shelby and Shardae were so friendly and so thorough! They made sure they were always using the right products and tools based on my preferences without me even thinking about it, and they were always making sure the quality of the cleaning met my standards before they moved onto each room. 10/10 This was a gift so we could not afford a deep clean like this all time but if you can, they deliver on the quality of the cleaning! 🧽
Management went above and beyond. Dawna carried a sweet and kind demeanor. I have had a lot of cleaners but this is one I plan to stick with. The plans are so helpful that it actually works more for to have weekly cleanings. They clearly care about doing a good job.
Outstanding company and Crista did a phenomenal job of cleaning the house. I've been laid up for awhile so the place was a mess. Crista made it sparkle. Dusting, mopping and vacuuming. I will definitely be using Crista and Arbor Trail from now on. And pricing was fair and reasonable.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed working with them. Our cleaners, Lisa & Val, were affable and detailed in their service. Felt very comfortable with them in our home.
