RecommendedWe have loved every minute of living here! We hate to see what the hurricane has done to our home but we can only hope that when everything is rebuilt and renewed that we will be able to come back.

Is it not possible for Arbor Trace staff to turn off all the alarms that have been ringing for six days? Also, I have mail in the office and need it. It is medicine for my cat. Roofs need tarping in case it rains again. Other apartments have hired cleaning crews, but Arbor Trace has not. We are very disappointed with the lack of action taken to reach out to tenants in a timely manner. I’m speaking for many.
RecommendedThe apartment homes held up very well to the hurricane winds that Michael produced. We are waiting for management to tarp off the roofs to prevent further damage from the rains that are to come this week...
I moved down to Seattle almost a year ago and I’m so thankful that my fiancé and I chose Arbor View to live at! We love our apartment and the ladies who work in the leasing office!! I would highly recommend living here �
I must say the move in process with Arbor Trace is well above any other apartment homes I have ever lived in. They responded quickly to every email. They were also willing to work with me every step of the way since I am moving from Tampa. I have no doubt the entire staff will continue to be just as friendly and supportive. A huge shout out to the spectacular Dejana! She's the sweetest and very understanding. Thank you all!!
I love it so much I had to come back! Wouldn’t want to live in any other Apartment homes. Beautiful sweet young ladies in the office that always make you feel welcome. Nice neighbors and beautiful apartments and landscape. I can’t say enough good things...
My daughter and I viewed this property in December with Dajana. She is absolutely the sweetest and most beautiful soul. She made us feel right at home with no pressure to lease or make split decision. We signed a lease that day and moved in December 22nd. Amy, Ashley, Dajana, all staff and maintenance are absolutely wonderful, friendly and truly caring people. The property is stunning and the staff are amazing.
