I lived there for three years, and honestly probably longer than I should have...with that being said here are the pro cons. Pro- They are attempting to updates the units between tents. Before I moved in they replaced the floors to vinyl which really helped with cleaning, especially with having a dog. They also replaced the counters to granite, which was a nice perk. Having lived in a place where management really doesn't care about the property and even less about their tenants. I can honestly say the manager here Christie cares about her property and her tenants. If you are expecting a luxury apartment on a bando budget it's not management fault for anyone's unrealistic expectations. Overall give Arbor Square a chance my relative loved it here. If I could give less than a star I would. I lived there for a year. The management is horrible and will maybe help you if you are persistent. I had money held over my head by the manager Christie. I was told that I could either have a $50 refund for them leaving my heat running (they turned it on during a freeze) OR I could have the phone number to talk to Christie’s boss. I was told by Christie that if I talked to her boss then he would decide what refund I would get after she said he approved the $50 refund. Confusing righ... read more
I lived there for three years, and honestly probably longer than I should have... While I was lucky my unit didn't have mold (that I'm aware of) compared to others , the roaches were a massive problem. I was constantly putting in requests to have them taken care of. To reiterate previous I kept a clean apartment constantly, and talking to the pest control professionals, they seemed extremely annoyed by how often they had to come back to this complex. They’re always willing to give a person a chance and try to work with you as much as possible. Beautiful landscaping and very convenient to mostly everything you need. Quiet and affordable.
