Edit: its been over a year and i haven't heard back about my deposit. I put in $400. Be careful where you rent. I thought i could trust the place, but a lot has happened in less than 2 years. My kids and i would get sick a lot and after seeing a mushroom grow from the ceiling...disgusting. we were probably inhaling mold from the place. i complained, but all they did was remove it. Been here for over 2 months and took them that long to fix my ac properly. Fridge broke and took them over a week to replace that. Never got pest ... read more

Absolute nightmare. I toured a show unit that was super clean and pristine, but I moved into a unit that reeked of animal urine and hay, and had a very obvious stream of water damage all across the living room floor. It appeared that instead of cleaning the unit before I moved in, they just sprayed white paint over the entire unit, painting over dust and dirt. It was also totally infested with roaches. I lived here for 2 years. Don't trust any review with positive things to say. The best I can say is I survived and it was cheap. (they do raise the rent quite a bit every year) If you can fix things yourself, carry and don't live alone, it's probably an ok place for you. The entire property was invested with fleas and roaches. I kept an incredibly clean apartment (the pest control guy even told me that in comparison to the other tenants) and still saw roaches regularly. I spent a lot of my money on prevention and treatments.... read more
