I have been a resident of this community for approximately one year. Last night, I had a guest stay overnight, and we woke up to find that their vehicle had been towed. When I contacted the office, I was initially told the vehicle was towed because it was parked in a fire lane. However, there is no clearly marked fire lane where the vehicle was parked. Been residing in this community for 10+ Years never late on rent, I've had the same car for 6 years and all of the sudden they gonna tow my car?? I know I didn't have the current parking sticker at the time they towed it but I had the one from last year and they've seen the same car in my parking lot for 6 years! My neighbor across the street does not have the current parking sticker either and his truck never gets towed!! I feel like they're picking on me! This place is a total scam run by incompetent management. Breanne and her team jack up the rent every single year while doing ZERO improvements or adding any benefits to the community. The office is supposed to be open 9am-6pm, but they’re ghosts by 4pm and never around when residents actually need help. Long-time tenants still get hit with eviction letters and cure notices at the same time — which feels straight-up illegal. The attitude from management is horrible and unhelpful.
