Michael from Arbor Solutions help with the approach to the Council Planning Dept assisting with the removal request, with Council rules, photographs and measurements. Highlighting the overhang to the neighbours property and confirmation of tree location being within 1 metre of fence line. Approval was finally given by Council to remove the tree without a permit.
