This place has really gone downhill. I moved here when it first opened in 2017, and the management was great - they were on top of the maintenance, lawn care, cleaning, etc. They were very personable, and you always saw them around the building/complex. In 2024, good luck seeing anyone around, except when they need to be in the office - they are never seen around the complex. It is the best The best view
We just moved out after living here for 2 years and it was the perfect first home for us! We loved the location, our neighbors, staff and our dog loved the dog park! Maintenance was so quick at getting things fixed. It is very reasonably priced and we are so grateful for our time spent at Arbor Ridge!!
The management is subpar. They have some of the highest turnover I’ve seen. 4 property managers in less than a year. Maintenance was good. Now they can hardly empty the trash or keep things clean. Plowing is subpar. BUT they have never towed a vehicle in my years of living here. It once was “luxury” now it’s overpriced. Sucks that rent keeps going up but tenants see nothing close to luxury
I don’t even know how you can call this luxury.. some fake luxury if I’ve ever seen luxury 🤣 2/10 definitely don’t recommend. The only thing this place has going for itself is the free WIFI.
