I have never written a 1 star review for any business until now. Feeling very disappointed after living at Arbor Ridge for 3 years and being nickel and dimed on the way out. They absolutely do not care about you as an individual and have no real empathy or understanding. 100% corporate money hungry in the way they run things. Should have known since it’s a large corporation that runs many buildings… Be warned they charge a $500 deposit, but have it written into the lease that $175 will automatically be deducted to cover pain... read more
We all know that Arbor Ridge has been a wonderful place to live, because it is nice, pleasant, and a fun building to live in. Additionally it is even more fantastic when the management organizes activities for the enjoyment of the residents.Today we had the opportunity of sharing on the Arbor Ridge patio with a fantastic BBQ organized by Grace and Andrew. Have lived here for a year it has been great!
This place has really gone downhill. I moved here when it first opened in 2017, and the management was great - they were on top of the maintenance, lawn care, cleaning, etc. They were very personable, and you always saw them around the building/complex. In 2024, good luck seeing anyone around, except when they need to be in the office - they are never seen around the complex. The lawn is rarely taken care of, and it is brown most of the year (this year was an anomaly with all the rain we had early in the spring/summer). The ... read more
