Sandra is so patient and kind. She has been very helpful with helping us get an apartment here at Arbor Ridge 1. She’s the person who I would 100% recommend going to for any questions or help you might need. She’s great!
Don't stay there the apartments are literally infested with rats and roaches i called code enforcement on them I started getting noticed complaints for nothing they never fixed any problem I had there if you see this please don't mover there I killed live rats and roaches in my apartment and be careful when you leave they will try and throw a bunch of charges at you

Rats, roaches, countless vandalisms, extreme structure problems, serious safety issues!! The most incompetent, unprofessional, disrespectful office staff, including maintenance! They absolutely do not help when there is an emergency maintenance issue! Code enforcement issues, violence, intimidation, consistent rock throwing which has caused countless cars and house windows to be broken out without any consequence or repair being paid for by or from the tenants, who are responsible for the vandalism!
