My Brother was lied about this facility. They took him there by noon, and they had no idea of his needs. They did not feed him no lunch or dinner. They did not give him his meds that day. The bed was so small for him and no rails to hold on to so he can move. He is wheel chair bond and uses walker to help him get from bed to wheel chair. No bars in the toilet for him to help him get up to move to toilet. They dont know how to clean his wounds. This is not a place for his condition. Posted on behalf of my brother Steven. He wants to give a shout out to Monett. She does an incredible job in providing him excellent care by using skin protectant for his wounds. He is also very appreciative of the Physical Therapy/Rehabilitation team. Everyone is always so encouraging. Thank you all!
Robyn has treated me with dignity, kindness, caring, & respect.. when it's late at night... because she works. Noc shift..I feel very hungry she goes out of her way to get me a snack 🥰 I sincerely appreciate everything she does for me . Thank you Robyn for giving me such great care.
