I would give an 4-5 if they had at least one more helper for calls so helpful , cheerful and friendly. All CNA‘s very kind and helpful, of course some definitely way more than others, all therapist staff seems very concerned, friendly and helpful.. Feel they work very hard pleasing everyone and actually do feel they could use a extra helper for rooms giving Showers (sponge baths) they do great job but then red light to use Bathroom can take forever to get answered so at times it’s to late so more work cause everything has t... read more
A short visit but very enjoyable!
I would give an 4-5 if they had at least one more helper for calls so helpful and friendly. All room workers very kind and helpful, including therapist staffs. Feel they work very hard pleasing everyone and actually could use a extra helper for rooms then red light to use Bathroom and such could get answered sooner then trying to hold to go potty 20 or more min. at times but they really try hard to accommodate.
