Rude as hell. Totally not worth it. Word to the wise nobody cares how many properties you own. Yelling at people and telling them your sour patch kid opinion doesn’t matter either. Old. Rude. Menopausal and unprofessional. Save yourself and your money plenty of professional management companies to work with these days. RUN!
They have taken very good care of my unit. Bud is very efficient and knows his job and does it very well.
The worst property management company I have ever used!! They let bad tenants trash our property, and didn’t even hold deposit. They never bothered to face up to their mistakes, and always took the tenants side, not the owners. Please DO NOT USE ARBOR REALTY!!
Haven’t had not one issue with my place. Bud who is my manager has always given me respect and been very informative on any questions I’ve had. Lease is up next month but I’m definitely gonna renew. Nice house good managers no issues.
