Extremely difficult to contact via phone - almost always seems to go to voice mail. Emails are responded to with no sense of urgency; it can frequently take many days and many tries to get a response from the company.Given the lack of communication from the property management company, we decided to transition management of our property to another firm.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. RENTED THE HOUSE FROM ARBOR FOR A LITTLE WHILE, THEN THE LANDLORD TOOK OVER. WHEN ASKED TO GIVE ME ACCURATE PAPERWORK OF THE HOME INSPECTION, HE SUDDENLY COULDNT FIND IT ANY LONGER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS! DID THE WALK THROUGH OF THE HOUSE AND LIED TO TRY TO MAKE US OUT TO BE BAD RENTERS. JUST A HORRIBLE BUSINESS PERSON ALL TOGETHER. A management company that wont return phone calls and neglects maintenance on property
pretty awful service. We have only one property, and it has been run by arbor for the last two years.They are impossible to reach by phone or email, and do not return either for weeks sometimes.we got a letter from the city telling us the lawn was grossly overgrown and that we would be fined if not mowed in ten days.As usual, we could not get ahold of arbor, and eventually had to call a mowing service ourselves to take care of it.We are currently looking for another property management company, and do not recommend arbor to ... read more
The only reason we are giving this outfit one star is because we can't give them any less! We were very dissatisfied with these people, and would definitely NOT recommend them.
