Bill the owner of Arbor Pro Tree Specialist gave me a good, fair price and explained everything they were going to do. He came 2 days after the estimate was signed and had the crew here exactly when he told me. John the crew foreman got set up and the crew began working immediately. The tree was a little tricky, it was a big oak right by the house and had to be fallin up hill away from the house.
