This Company is terribly Unprofessional and rude. Beside the fact that they killed one of our large trees by over pruning. Then they wanted to charge us to take it down. No ownership of doing things wrong. They left a mess behind that I had to pay my lawn service to clean up. And as other people have indicated they aren't nice.
I did not even know about or use Arbor Tree's services, but I now know of the company and will never recommend or use their services. I was driving home from work and one of their employees in a work truck was completely unprofessional and tried to cause a wreck. The driver was in a right turn only lane and he sped up from behind me and cut me off to get into the thru lane, so I tapped my horn because he got so close to the front of my car, then he break-checked me (slammed on his breaks) twice, so I would run into the bac... read more
Don't even know where to start with this place rude and disrespectful staff including owners Tim and Lisa untrained and skilled Workers damage to property several phone calls no return calls for resolution first call back from them Was about the stop payment which was followed by 2 people Tim and Lisa screaming over the phone at me horrible company horrible owners all around the worst I've ever dealt with
