Very poor communication. I was told I would receive a call but never did. I followed up by text as requested, and the message was read but never answered. Followed up with another text and again it was read and he never responded. If you’re not interested in the job, simply say so rather than leaving a potential customer waiting. Totally unprofessional.
Called looking for removal on a dangerous splitting oak in my backyard. The only communication I received was a text of “I can’t talk now.” Waited until the following morning and I inquired for services again, then was left on read. Never any further communication. Don’t call or reply to me Arbor, I already found someone to remove it before it fell on my house.
Mike and his technician Joe did a fantastic job pruning my 38 inch base Norway Sugar Maple. Reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. Left my yard free of debris after the job.I highly recommend them.

Excellent tree removal service. Quick, effective, affordable, and professional.
