I've lived here for 5 months. I asked for a handicap spot, and they said they were working on it. Still hasn't happened. Apartment was dirty when I moved in. I filled out the walk through paperwork, and took pictures of everything. Bugs and mice! Call and tell them about something, and 2 weeks later they show up, after you've handled it yourself.
Helpful and Welcoming Leasing Experience: just recently moved into this apartment complex, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Cockroaches. I just moved in a month ago and have already been welcomed by multiple families of roaches. I’ve seen all shapes and sizes at this point and we’re hardly a month in; not to mention the abnormal spider population. Management says they will come and spray, yet that only happens on Wednesdays for some reason. Both the lack of care and urgency for this problem, especially as new residents, is astounding.
They renewed our lease and we signed paperwork then a few months later came back and decided that they wanted to allow our lease to end and not renew. Which was unacceptable. Very unprofessional. Thankfully we were able to move in with family. We were never late except once and they put an 24hr eviction notice— which turned out to be their fault for not pulling the money. Animals and bugs. I had to LEAVE. Needs remodeled. Maintenance doesn't care. Black mold. Leaking ceilings. Rents going up and it's very rundown. Highly don't recommend living here.
