I’ve only been here a year, didn’t like different managers every couple months. But in the last 2 months this new manager seems to know what she’s doing. All my maintenance request have been done, she gets back to me on time, she’s in the office when she says she’s going to be and she’s available which makes it nice for the residence. The only request I have is to clean the hallways carpet they smell and if we can get new decorations, these are very very old.
Reception and tour guide were exceptional
