Living here more than 2 years can't wait to move out.Maintenance doesn't do anything even if you call them they don't show up or they simple put you on the waiting list.Apartments are full with roaches and bed bugs.They know that and still do nothing.My fridge broke up today and they brought a new who was dirty and full of roaches and so I spend 2 hours cleaning it.It smells bad even after I cleaned it.I found some old milk and chinese sos inside.Pool is disgusting and every kind of people can come over there to swimm.Parkin... read more
This place is disgusting. They have roaches and they know it before you move in. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Pest control comes out and bugs still are here. This is the worst place ever.
This place is the ghetto in Jax. Used to be ok when we first moved in. Now since new management came in they are cutting corners everywhere. Grounds are always trashy looking and not kept...pools are dirty and moldy...noise levels are ridiculous...people use parking lot as conference center and auto repair shop. Kids run around without supervision all hours of day and night...this is by far the worst place I have ever lived since new management took over. I can't wait until my lease is up.
