Ppl drink in driveways and listen music loud late night ,dogs barking all day long and ppl park doble line in the fire line and sometimes park in other neighbors yard,ppl have chickens behind trailers,is hard to keep windows open because the noise..no a quiet place to get home and relax
Not deliberately poison dogs with rat poison or treat tenants with discrimination because of their religion or race. The only good thing I can say for this park is that a former staffer who raped women in this park and then threatened them with eviction if they complained to authorities no longer works here, but has been replaced by people barely better. Friends of mine in law enforcement do not like this place or the management here.
Shark bought park! Goodbye American dream. This guy is buying parks and then raises the rent 10% every year and thus pricing us out of our homes. I suppose he has decided he only wants rich tenants. Goodbye to the American dream for the low income. I paid off a 15 year mortgage only for this guy to pull the rug out from under us. He is a shark beware!
Rich Delaney of West coast Mobile Home Parks is buying parks and then raises the rent 10% every year and thus pricing us out of our homes. I suppose he has decided he only wants rich tenants.
