Christie is very unprofessional hangs up on people despite their attempts to solve a problem. My husband had testing 5 months ago no results, Christie continues to send emails that get us no where, and hang up on us.
I'll update my review and possibly change the number of stars (initially 2 stars) when (if?) my son gets his results for ADHD and autism testing. I was initially told 12 weeks, which I already thought was a fairly long time. I called when the 12 week mark came and went and was then told that doesn't include holidays. Okay, fair enough - Thanksgiving and Christmas were in that timeframe, as my son completed testing on 10/25/24. I have had an awfully difficult time trying to get someone to answer me about my payment status and balance due. I have called multiple times, emailed multiple email addresses also multiple times. They have taken over a month to cash my checks, which I realize is allowable, but pretty horrible business practice if you ask me. I have asked for a payment invoice and a balance due and I have gotten absolutely no response to that. Now, according to their website, it appears they may have moved. This place hands down is the best clinic around. I'm glad to see they finally got rid of their receptionist as she was the only bad thing about that place. Other than that, this clinic was kind, caring, and took care of my child and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend this clinic.
Horrible communication. Cant get through on phones and if u do u get hung up on. Receptionist very poor communicator.and if u try to leave a voicemail it has no cut off so u don't know if u left a message at all. We'll be going elsewhere. You should too
