Arbor Masters Tree Service did an excellent job removing a hugely overgrown holly tree (over 20 ft tall) behind a town home I recently purchased. It was in an awkward fenced in spot and they had it down and cleaned up very quickly. Joe provided a fair quote and advised when they should be able to remove the tree weather permitting. Michelle called the day of removal and gave a time frame they would be arriving. Both were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend their services!
I would highly recommend them, Joe has done wonderful work for me and i was never disappointed. Arbor Masters will alway be my first call.

I was behind one of your trucks (an International) this morning and you need to take that thing off the road. It was spewing more smoke than a coal plant. Not only is it bad for the trees that are your main business but it’s also a safety issue for your driver. I’m guessing a new exhaust system is need.
This is the third time we’ve used Arbor Masters Tree Service The professionalism & support we received is unparalleled. Their customer service is top notch. The responsiveness to all my concerns ,whether I was talking to the boss or one of the crew , made dealing with an already difficult situation ( my huge pecan tree fell on my garage) so much less anxiety producing. This is the Company you want to have on your property if you find yourself in need of a tree professional
We have had 2 missed appointments by this company. They set the appointments both times and never showed up. We are now looking for another tree service. Not a way to do business. No phone calls either time to cancel either. Would not recommend. The Marshalls. Summerfield NC
