Zero stars for Zach Ehrstein and all the other slackers at Arbor Management. They are quick to fine owners/tenants, and don't even notify you. Random charges are posted to an online account with no explanation. When you call nobody knows what's going on. They say a manager will call you back to explain. Nobody ever calls back. They are absolutely the worst property management company we have ever dealt with. They have some kind of sketchy arrangement with a local attorney who also posts random charges to our online accounts.... read more
Will be perusing legal action against this company for failure to evict. I was hung up on by a male employee for requesting the information to a landlord of a tenant who was actively harassing me with a criminal record and continually breaking his restraining order I had placed on him. This occurred at the Pine Hills Condominiums in Plymouth MA. They should not use the name “pine hills” for these section 8 housing units. The most unprofessional business I have had to interact with. They are unresponsive to emails, phone calls and maintenance requests on their portal. I have even been on an email that was intended for a member of the board at our condominium complex and they were making fun of me. Poorly run, poor ownership and disrespectful to residents.
Managment does not respond to requests or questions. If you go in person to their location-nobody is at the front desk. No communication except enforcement of their rules, they’re very quick to enforce their rules. It took them 6 months to get my parking stickers to me, which I ended up going to their office and waiting in the front room for 25 minutes before I even saw anybody. Very sad how difficult it is to communicate with these folks. They do not care about seeing projects through and will let your home crumble. I would advise looking elsewhere for help. Not great when you get told by people in the office “it’s late on a Friday no one can help you.” The young kid Zach in the office doesn’t have access to notes on existing claims so don’t bother if he picks up. They’re rude and disorganized. I can’t believe they’re still in business. It’s not a shock they’re a revolving door of employees.
