Very sad how difficult it is to communicate with these folks. They do not care about seeing projects through and will let your home crumble. I would advise looking elsewhere for help. Not great when you get told by people in the office “it’s late on a Friday no one can help you.” The young kid Zach in the office doesn’t have access to notes on existing claims so don’t bother if he picks up. They’re rude and disorganized. I can’t believe they’re still in business. It’s not a shock they’re a revolving door of employees.
We have been paying our condo dues on time for 20 years and special assessments of over $5,000 and never nice get a response back from Robert O’Reilly!!!
