after some research on which tree company to hire I learned the owner is a sex offender. I recommend hiring someone else!
Damaged Community Trail – In early January, Arbor performed tree removal work in the Oak Park neighborhood. The ground was wet and they severely damaged a community walking trail. The trail no longer drains well and the deep ruts cause standing water. In addition, some plants along the trail were damaged. They have been been difficult to reach and unresponsive to calls. They do not seem concerned about their community in which they operate.
Lousy follow-up even after dozens of calls – Their initial work was pretty good but in the course of their work they damaged several items in our yard ($250 damage) and missed 2 stumps that were supposed to be removed. I contacted them more than 50 times over a 5 month period and scheduled their return work on 4 occasions. But each time they never showed up.
