As others have warned please stay away from Arbor Lane Apartments. When we moved in there were so many problems and issues that were never resolved by the property manager. Multiple attempts to get issues resolved resulted in condescending remarks and she tried to have us fix issues ourselves and not have maintenance come fix it. Going back and forth so many times through email and phone calls as the property manager tries to avoid doing any repairs at all makes the whole situation incredibly frustrating and tiresome. Do NOT live in these apartments. You WILL regret it. The windows in every single room get stuck to the point that in order to shut them you have to slam them full force otherwise they will remain open to the constant noise of loud construction, obnoxious lawn mowing, and most annoyingly the train tracks which are right next to these apartments.
