Ya'll better keep Megan, this Lady is a Great asset to your organization. We almost had a done deal the 1st time, Work got in the way, came back a month later and Megan worked with me to move into my New Forever Home. When I moved in there where things that needed fixed, Megan did the work orders and everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Thanks again Megan, Greatly Appreciated u working with me.
Arbor Lakes is beautiful! The clubhouse, pool and model are all beautiful. They also had a nice gym that's open 24/7 for residents. Amel, the leasing agent who showed us around, should get 5 stars by herself. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely lease from them.
I've been at Arbor Lakes for 16 years and I still enjoy the peace and quiet. I've seen neighbors come and go around me over time and I'll be here a few more years. The staff is great and will work with you.
Now this is a bit of a mixed review for me as I’ve held 3 different units over the course of 4 years, the first couple years were pretty great, start of my 3rd year here getting ready to welcome a child into the world we dealt with constant banging and yelling from the neighbors on one side and an invasive weed smell that would fill my bathroom and other moments my entire unit.
