If you like gunshots at the unit beneath yours, downstairs neighbors who blast their music, getting your car broken into, and a management staff who won’t do anything to address these issues, then stay here. If you value your safety, your wellbeing, your sanity, and you are genuinely attempting to move up in the world, avoid this place like the plague. I just moved here and Megan was really awesome. The only thing wrong with my apartment is that the cabinets and bathroom needs upgraded

Do not move here!!!!!! Very unprofessional. When I first moved here 3yrs ago I was told the rent would be pro-rated when I move out… as long as I tell them at least 1 month in advance. (Which I did) -I’ve been on a month to month lease. Here Iam moving out soon… I’m moving out in the middle of the month yet I had to pay 1 months rent. So basically I’m paying for 2 extra weeks and I won’t even be living here! The office people are very rude! Then, I went in today to pay my rent and I guess they can no longer give out receipts... read more
