I've been at Arbor Lakes for 16 years and I still enjoy the peace and quiet. I've seen neighbors come and go around me over time and I'll be here a few more years. The staff is great and will work with you.
Now this is a bit of a mixed review for me as I’ve held 3 different units over the course of 4 years, the first couple years were pretty great, start of my 3rd year here getting ready to welcome a child into the world we dealt with constant banging and yelling from the neighbors on one side and an invasive weed smell that would fill my bathroom and other moments my entire unit. From the moment we applied to move in, the experience was a 10/10. Maegan was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She was always upfront, responsive, and took the time to answer any and all questions we had throughout the process. She made everything feel smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated. A very smooth move, Kimberlee helped me and my family find something affordable and worked with us, super fast and a is great at communicating.
I lived here quiet clean and pet friendly..... my neighbors weren't loud and the building is lived in parking wasn't bad
