I lived here for 3 years and my experience was mostly enjoyable due to the close proximity of the elementary school and the relatively safe environment. There were a few issues here and there which is to be expected, but management was able to make things right in the end. This place has great potential.
This management team requires tenants to pay out of pocket to make the apartment move in ready for next renters, and will send you to collections if you don’t. The company needs to be fined heavily for these predatory practices!!!
They’re denying me my $300 Security deposit. I was denied after paying my security deposit. Then the lady made me fill out the form to help since I made too much. The print stated I could get it back, but they’re not. Don’t recommend. This was a question I asked while I was in there and they made it clear I would be able to get it back….
Great experience and tour, they made me feel welcome. Looking forward to being a community member.
