Unprofessional and disorganized!!!!
The front office/management needs to improve their attitude. Anytime I come in even to ask a simple question I always greet the staff and instead of responding they will just stare at me like I’m stupid. Very rude and dismissive. I asked the manager a follow up question very nicely and she responded very rudely and rolled her eyes. This place has always hired the worst people.
I was giving false information. Waiting an entire month assuming I was going to move in only to end up with nothing. I made several trips to the office for the same paperwork that was already brought into the office and sent . Now I have to wait 4-6 weeks for my refund it took less than 30 seconds to take it out of my account. Beware .The property manager rude.Still waiting on my refund I been reaching out by phone & email the team taken longer to respond .
