Terrible , My experience with Arbor Lake’s application process was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I spent an entire month repeatedly uploading, deleting, and re-uploading the same documents because I was instructed to do so. Throughout that time, communication was very inconsistent. There were days when I would receive no update at all, and I often had to call myself just to find out what was going on with my application. This place is so trashy. Kids egging doors. Trash being left everywhere by kids. Let’s talk about the garbage area. It’s never clean. Not to mention the 15+ cats/kittens that people like to dump and management doesn’t seem to do anything about it?? They told us if we feed them, we will get fined. The gates are always broken. I absolutely hate living here. I do not recommend it at all.

Was very thankful for Anina Fluellen at the front desk. She was there through the whole process. She was very easy going and sweet. The tour she gave was very professional. My Aunt is thrilled to get into this affordable apartment complex with amenities (laundry room, swimming pool, gym, and a nice playground). My Aunt needed all the help she could get with relocating to a new state. Glad that she can make a new start at this place ! Thanks again, Anina!
