If you are like me you hate those automated replies where you go through 6 numerical prompts ... and then get disconnected!! Another thing I dislike is talking to a customer service rep who barely speaks English or who has such a strong accent I just give up trying to understand. I am looking for prompt and courteous customer care, and a representative who will help me with difficult insurance issues. Arbor Insurance Group is where I find it. I know you will too.
