This is a message for anyone who is coming to work here as a CNA or Higher. Do not work here ! Administrator Blake and the nurse Becky both lied on me about someone who they claim fell , said he did and that I didn't do a report but he didn't fall on my watch . The nurse tried to Lie to me about injuries that the resident sustain , the resident fell 3 days back to back and as a result it was already there just not on my watch . I’m writing this review in response to the one from Joseph Lopez. I will also write a general (positive) review, but would like to provide some clarity as the loved one of the resident referred to in Mr. Lopez’s review. Unfortunately, there was a real resident involved in the situation described, and he was the father of five children for whom he was their world. Arbor House Reminisce has taken great care of my dad for the last 2 years!
Blake and her staff are very caring and attentive to their residents and their families. The facility is clean and the care the residents receive is top notch.
