A year ago, my husband and I were a few hours away from our private elopement ceremony, searching for a place to make a decent bouquet. After stopping by a few places in the French quarter with an awful selection, my husband stumbled upon Arbor House Floral on google. We rode our bikes and stopped in to see Joey.
