this has to be the worst apartment complex ever. when we moved in our apartment had fleas, which bit me and my toddler up for a week straight. our ac was always out and it was hot as hell in our apartment. at one point my upstairs neighbors left their water running and it ruined out ceiling and they never fixed it. there was roaches everywhere. during the winter we went without water for five days.
