Highly Recommend-Entire Stafff is Wonderful I am so impressed with Arbor Healthcare and their entire staff. They are always friendly and take the time to make you feel comfortable. Brought my husband. Should have checked reviews before going to Arbor. The three visits I had, the wait time was hours. After the second visit, I was told I needed an operation. They will set it up when they get the okay from my insurance. What operation? Insurance did not give the okay. My husband and I set up an appointment for clarification of the multitude of tests I had to take. The doctor was more concerned about my insurance not giving the okay for the operation. Patient almost out of patience

Disappointing and extremely frustrating I was in the waiting room for an hour and a half, then was left in an exam room for over two more hours before seeing the doctor. He was unprofessional, badmouthed my former doctors, rushed me, and spoke about removing one of my ovaries before he'd even done an exam. It is now four days later and, after three phone calls, I am still waiting for them to call in a simple birth control prescription to my pharmacy (that I should have started yesterday). Unprofessional I went to Dr. Ortolano for a medical procedure done in the office. For any appointment I had (4 total) I always waited at least 1-2 hours. Then on the day of my procedure, they gave me a shot of pain killers and took so much time getting prepared (and fitting other patients in between) that the drugs wore off. I warned them that I could still feel and they gave me tablets just MINUTES before the procedure. That stuff takes 30 minutes to take effect. Never Again I had such a horrible experience through out the first two trimesters of my pregnancy with going here! I specifically had problems with Dr. Ortolano. He would leave barely any time to talk at the end of him coming in the room and when you had questions he would only answer them half way trying to hurry on to the next patient. I had to wait hours for a appointment and even had to sit on the ground because there weren't enough chairs in their office!
