If you don't mind paying for other people's utilities (water, gas & sewer are billed equally to each apt, regardless of how much you actually use), ZERO security and having your water randomly shut off, this is the place for you.
To be completely honest, I’m beyond relieved to be leaving Arbor Grove. This entire experience has been one of the worst I’ve ever had with a property management company—and I say that as someone who works in this industry. We moved my dad here last summer. He really enjoyed living in his wonderful apartment. We were absolutely happy with everything about Arbor Grove. The apartments are beautiful, updated and comfortable. My dad was disabled so Kim had a grab bar installed in the bathtub for him. She ALWAYS went beyond our expectations as a property manager and before long my dad even called her a friend. The grounds are always neat and tidy and the maintenance staff are wonderful.
