We moved my dad here last summer. He really enjoyed living in his wonderful apartment. We were absolutely happy with everything about Arbor Grove. The apartments are beautiful, updated and comfortable. My dad was disabled so Kim had a grab bar installed in the bathtub for him. She ALWAYS went beyond our expectations as a property manager and before long my dad even called her a friend. The grounds are always neat and tidy and the maintenance staff are wonderful. This place is wonderful... Very quiet... Kim is wonderful!!! I can say enough good about Arbor Grove
Edit: I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Arbor Grove. I moved out on January 31st, and although I did finally receive my security deposit back, it was $400 short. Kim, the property manager, told me that I left the apartment in great condition, so there’s absolutely no reason for this discrepancy. She even promised to get in touch with her regional manager to ensure the remainder of my deposit would be returned. It’s been weeks, and I haven’t heard a word from her since.
