I hosted my 40th birthday party here last night. Pros: nice space with character, local in Landenberg, husband who I toured with was extremely polite, owners discounted rate due to a birthday party vs a wedding. It has potential. Cons: I said cost was important from the beginning. After a week into going back and forth I find out that I need an insurance policy for the event which was not as cheap as she thought.
