I have lived here for about 3 years and there are issues: we are down to 1 elevator and recently that elevator is rumbling and grumbling, not really sure how safe it is to get on it. If you live on a upper floor and need an ambulance they have to find a way to get you down the stairs since our large elevator has been out of order for at least 4 months. Hud should be informed. I have a elder parent that lives here both elevators has issues.One hasn’t worked for three months or more it’s dangerous to have no working elevators. Poor management will be contacting state attorney general on this since it’s a hazard and no one that works here seems to care
I've lived here for 14yrs and it's a bueatiful property. That being said, we need federal help with our elevators! For years they've gotten stuck between floors, open randomly or just stop. A few nights ago our fire alarm went off between 3-4am, the big elevator over heated and tripped the alarm. No parts are available. Good luck getting a gurney in or out. You are not guaranteed hot water and smoke alarm goes off in middle of the night because water leaks constantly from the boiler system onto something causing smoke So we are evacuated in the middle of the night!! What a way for seniors to have to live!! This is ridiculous!!I would not recommend for you to move your mother, grandmother or any other person you may know
