GREAT STAFF Very comfortable and clean property. The office staff is very professional, especially when dealing with Amalixa Laporte she is very kind and thorough. She answered all of our questions with a wonderful attitude. She is welcoming, and happy to assist newcomers. We were impressed with her extensive knowledge of the model apartment and of the Lakeland area.

Very happy with my experience Had an amazing experience, I spoke with amalixa and she was very welcoming, knowledgeable and very attentive to my questions. Very friendly staff! Ms. Amalixa Laporte was awesome!! I went to do a tour with my sister and Amalixa Laporte a staff member took care of us. She was very informative, very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were very pleased and look forward to working with her again.

The price for the apartment is not worth it For the area it is bad, gyms around the area are overly crowded for no reason, the hospital in the area is a non profit therefore quality of care is diminished, the staff is not reasonable for mistakes they make and claim it is in the contract so read it closely, I can hear everything in other rooms, these apartments have the quality of a college dorm but a “luxury living” price point, I never recommend people to live in this complex
Verified Renter Arbor Glen, in the past few months that I have lived here, has been a wonderful community. The apartments themselves are very well kept and high quality, and if any problems arise maintenance of the apartments is timely and extremely professional.
