Nice and fairly quiet community. Loren from the office is awesome and easy to work with when there is a problem. Michael does an excellent job with maintenance issues and quickly resolves them. Grounds are kept up regularly. Very good place to live.
This place is highway robbery! We went for a tour and were told to put in an application online. The fees alone for the application were $270 for 2 people! We were told all you needed was to make 2.5x the rent amount and you would qualify. Well our application got denied due to my lack of rental history so we wasted $270 on this place! Not worth it!!
We just moved in, and already regret it. We live in the 3 bedrooms. Music being blasted everyday, all night to. Dog poop on the sidewalk. And lazy people not putting their trash in the dumpster at all. And rust in our kids bathtub.
