This place is highway robbery! We went for a tour and were told to put in an application online. The fees alone for the application were $270 for 2 people! We were told all you needed was to make 2.5x the rent amount and you would qualify. Well our application got denied due to my lack of rental history so we wasted $270 on this place! Not worth it!!
We just moved in, and already regret it. We live in the 3 bedrooms. Music being blasted everyday, all night to. Dog poop on the sidewalk. And lazy people not putting their trash in the dumpster at all. And rust in our kids bathtub.
Nice apartment in a nice area…Pricing is a little ridiculous for the area. After Christine left, service declined.
I shared my experience with upper management .... amends should have been made by them considering so be cautious... I have went with no stove, rouches while paying for pest fee, no pool all summer while paying for it as well, and bathrooms flood over and now I'm going a week without air and think I pay to much as former homeowner to not have my agreement met
