Ryan and team did an awesome job. After he looked at the windows, we received a fair quote, didn't have to wait long for the window order to come in, and the installation was a smooth process.
the man who installed the glass did a great job. but it took two weeks to get the glass.

Your glass was installed within 10 business days. While not within the estimated time, I can't help but think 1 out of 5 stars is a bit unfair for a customer service rating. Waiting for window replacement bcause the window had to be ordered
We had a broken glass on a big credenza and needed fixed as it was unsafe and needed to be replaced. I heard from them same day and was able to setup a time for them to come and measure. They were very nice and provided the replacement at what I thought was a good price and good service
They were very kind and knowledgeable
Easy to set up appointment and schedule repair. The only suggestion I would give is for them to start slipping on shoe covers when they are doing work inside of the home. While fixing my upstairs window the technician scuffed up my walls with their dirty shoes. Other then this, work was excellent and they were easy to work with.

My apologies Madison. We normally do wear shoe covers. That is totally out of character. We can come out to clean that up for you.
We had a shower door that had been installed by someone else. They were willing to fix it for us, even though they did not do the installation. It actually could have been a dangerous situation. We were able to get an immediate appointment. Very professional, prompt, easy to contact (returning calls, texts) and clearly very qualified.
