We lived in Arbor Gates from Nov ‘22 to Jan ‘24. On 4 occasions during that year, Arbor Gates miscommunicated funds owed. Two of these occasions, we were set up for automatic withdrawal. I received the confirmation email that my funds would be withdrawn. Without notice, Arbor Gates canceled the payment, despite ample funds in the account to cover the total due.
