We lived in Arbor Gates from Nov ‘22 to Jan ‘24. On 4 occasions during that year, Arbor Gates miscommunicated funds owed. Two of these occasions, we were set up for automatic withdrawal. I received the confirmation email that my funds would be withdrawn. Without notice, Arbor Gates canceled the payment, despite ample funds in the account to cover the total due. Great, safe place to live. Mr. Eddie and Mr. Tim are always out and about taking care of us. I love all my neighbors here.
