Ever since Ms. Candy has started working here things are A LOT better. She is so sweet and attentive to our needs as tenants. She personally sees to make sure things get done! Now if we could just get the neighborhood to stop playing their music so loud everyday!!!!
We've lived here since October 2021 and things started off pretty rocky. But, ever since Candy has been here it's gotten a lot better! She makes sure things get done while maintaining a pleasant attitude. She's the best! I do wish the neighborhood was more considerate of others when they're blasting their music any time of day and night.
The staff is sooooo much better since Ms Candy started working here. She is great at handling things for us and is very easy to talk to. Only down side is the ppl in this neighborhood do not care about disturbing others with loud music all of the time.
My name is Carla been here going on 3yrs.. I'm probably the the call dog.... I've had my up and downs.. meaning I I have some mental issues..but they deal with it .. I have come to love Johanna and Candace because it's not just about the apartment it's about us .when I was down and put up..they fed my cats..in which I was having a break down..if you want or looking for a place? Arbor gardens is it..they deal with the mental out of 💕..no one is discriminated here ..
Absolutely horrible. Roach infested terrible management racist management i wouldn't touch this place with a 10 foot pole
