My wife and I have been a resident here for 6 yrs . Mrs Kandy has done an awesome job as being the Mgr of the property. Mrs Joann , and Mrs Elizabeth has done an amazing job as well. The property has changed hands of owners but the staff of worker do there jobs very well and keep the property clean and safe ! My family an I have been living at Arbor Gardens apartment for over 3 years very clean and quiet. well maintained, maintenance is fast,ms.candy she is very professional and Friendly she always welcome you with a smile, I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and quiet place to live.
