This was by far the best experience for a first time renter! I am so grateful for the last year here at Arbor Garden Townhomes. I will never forget my experience here! I am sad to go but I recommend everyone to rent here because it is amazing and so is the management. Sierra is the best ! I couldn't be happier with my townhome and the landlord company that manages it! The townhome itself is spacious, well-designed, and beautifully maintained, it's the perfect place to relax and call home. Avoid ConAm Management and Arbor Garden Townhomes at All Costs! My experience with ConAm Management and Arbor Garden Townhomes has been nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, it’s been a cascade of problems that they’ve consistently failed to resolve. I signed a lease for a unit that wasn’t even ready on move-in day. These people lie on move out forms to charge you for it Do not move here, it's over priced, they are slow to repair things, and the owner walked into my home unwelcomed (trespassing) when she saw a moving truck out front
