The townhomes look nice, but dealing with management is not worth it. They changed their rent app and quietly started charging me a renters insurance fee for 8 months even though I had my own policy. When I finally caught it, I submitted everything they needed, but it still wasn’t processed until I followed up multiple times. I’ve been dealing with this company for 7 months now. Back in June 2025 I contacted them notifying them I had to end my lease early due to quitting my job involving a sexual assault investigation and me not feeling safe going back to work. I was told by the initial manager they would work with me that she would contact corporate we moved out at the end of august never heard back even after multiple attempts to contact them. Last resort for response. We moved into our unit April 20th of this year. Immediately issues came up as the leasing office was late and almost forgot to bring us our keys for the unit. Once inside, the unit was dirty with stains on the ceilings and walls, the bathroom upstairs had no tub drain cover (which I had to then purchase on my own) and almost all of the outlets upstairs don’t properly hold cords in. This was by far the best experience for a first time renter! I am so grateful for the last year here at Arbor Garden Townhomes. I will never forget my experience here! I am sad to go but I recommend everyone to rent here because it is amazing and so is the management. Sierra is the best ! I couldn't be happier with my townhome and the landlord company that manages it! The townhome itself is spacious, well-designed, and beautifully maintained, it's the perfect place to relax and call home.
