Saving my trees!! Prompt and responsive!
Arbor Etiquette came out to do a deep root fertilizer for my clump birch. They treated a couple of very young trees at the same time. I asked a bunch of questions and got a bunch of good answers. I’ve had them help me with different trees in the past, as well, and have always been pleased with their service.
I would give zero stars if possible. This company was a nightmare! Showed very little regard for my personal property damaging my car, doing almost $5,000 worth of damage. They refused to give me their insurance information saying they filed the claim, But regardless the money would not be sent to me personally. After 2 months of waiting I found out who their insurance company was and contacted them just to find out they lied, and never filed the claim.
