Since new management assumed control in March 2026, there have been notable concerns regarding the overall deterioration of the premises. Instances of vandalism, such as the placement of inappropriate items on vehicles, and reckless behavior by intoxicated individuals resulting in collisions have been reported. Updated: Very greatful for maintenance. Always helpful when something needs attention. G is the best! He has helped me change glass door to screen today. G always has been pleasant and knowledgeable about anything that needs attention. About 6 months ago he fixed my outlet that was no connected correctly, handled bee's making a nest, etc. Appreciate the dedication to always makes life living here better. My conversation with Carry Ann was beyond ignorant. She proceeded to speak down to me was extremely rude and continue to brush me off and not listen to a word I had to say. I was looking to Help a friend buy a new home. She was too busy, gossiping and complaining about her day to take any time to explain what a lot rent was. I highly suggest you don’t buy from anyone who employs this kind of person. Her singing Ice Ice baby and giggling is exactly what she was gossiping about.
