The team at Arbor Dental is super friendly! Always a good experience.
The experience was bad from the moment the assistant brought me back. I had to ask for protective glasses because I didn’t want water or other fluids splashing onto my face. She said she would try to find a pair and even asked if I wanted to use my own glasses, which I declined. She eventually found a pair for me, but the glasses were dirty. I have been going Arbor Dental for more than 10 years and they are absolutely fantastic.
I’m not generally a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Jaffer & team went out of their way to make my visit comfortable, pleasant, & efficient. Everything was so well organized that my insurance was already sorted—I didn’t even need to stop at reception except to let them know I arrived. Great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed! Everything went smoothly with the IV sedation, and the staff were all very kind and welcoming. The procedure was explained very well, and I felt in good hands. Highly recommend!
