Bad customer service. I bought over 400 plants and followed all the instructions and none of them grew. I tried contacting customer service about it and they did I would I have to pull all of them and put them in bunches in order to get a refund. Go to your local nursery better prodicts.

Please stop giving awards to unknown cities for you. The city where I live (Irapuato) won the award of “Tree cities of the world” and it is a shame because the government has been killing the trees of our city for more than 5 years! The government is making fun of us. STOP this joke! Citizens are so mad at this!

Business response:

Hi Laura, thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your feedback and concern. Tree Cities of the World is a recognition programme, designed to provide positive encouragement to a city that meets five core standards for local tree programmes. Based on the information submitted by city leaders, Irapuato did meet these five standards for 2020. May we have your permission to share your concern with our contact at Irapuato in an effort to connect you? We encourage these leaders to work with citizens to find a solution that incre... read more

Last spring, I received a "survey" offering free trees to be shipped in the fall. I completed the survey and paid for a membership. My trees didn't arrive and months later I received an email. They blamed the lack of trees on COVID related supply issues and assured me that the trees would be shipped soon. I have also gotten 3 mailers begging for more donations or tree orders. No supply issues there, ADF? 3 weeks ago, I received an email promising my trees would arrive in 7-10 days. The tracking link shows a label was created... read more

Just received my trees JANUARY 11 for fall planting! Ground frozen solid here in Boston. Last I checked fall ended officially December 20th. Now what do I do with the trees? Throw them away? Sounds like an incompetent Arbor Day Org to me.

Business response:

Bob, we appreciate this feedback and are very sorry this happened. We are forwarding this issue on to our team to ensure this doesn't happen again. Feel free to direct message us with your problem so we can make this right for you. I sure hope your not getting money from the government to fund your foundation! Your mailing is way overboard and I’m sure expensive to print and mail! Give that money to help those Americans in duress! Way to many Government funded projects!!

Business response:

Your concern for trees is one we also share. The paper we use is 100% recycled. We’ve selected it from paper mills that all have remarkable sustainability practices; they plant more trees than they cut down and they selectively harvest trees, rather than clear cut forests. Trees are a remarkable, renewal resource and we love the wood they create as well as the many uses for it.
