I live nearby. I walk through their complex to get to the Quatama MAX station. It's pretty, their complex. Like year round, it looks very nice. They clearly put time and effort into appearances. I especially like their trees. Beyond that, like all the others in the area, it's a great location. My original review since they removed it as other have been stating. I was one of the first owners here btw: I do not have the exact figures which I will admit from the start, but since living at Arbor nearly 10 years, I know that there has to be at least 70% of all original home owners that have sold or left and rented out their condos. The HOA has given figures of around 50% rentals and I know that some of the condos have been sold to new owners. My husband and I have been living here for several years now and when I tell you parking is incredibly difficult, I mean it. Whoever designed the layout of the parking needs to go back to school to learn basic math. There is not enough space for every resident to feasibly park, but if you park in a visitor spot you'll get towed. Also, visitor parking is insane. The towing company they hire is extremely predatory and will tow your car and then lie about why it was towed. For example, we had a friend stay overnight for three d... read more
