I stayed (rented) here for 2.5 years. It was a mixed experience. There were packages getting stolen from doorstep and some incidents of break-ins. They even towed my car towed from my reserved parking spot! Management is quite hard top deal with. Now the good: Very close to MAX station (in fact the complex is attached to it!) Decent Gym and heated pool. Pretty peaceful if you stay in a unit which is away from the road.

Great place to buy in affordable prices max train outside the door . Inexpensive HOA garage parking space pool beautiful trees 🌳 everywhere forest outside fun to go into the city for adventures & Fieldtrips nice to go home to tree house *

I live nearby. I walk through their complex to get to the Quatama MAX station. It's pretty, their complex. Like year round, it looks very nice. They clearly put time and effort into appearances. I especially like their trees. Beyond that, like all the others in the area, it's a great location. You are are near a max, near several grocery stores (including the 24hr winco), several banks, some hospitals, some public parks, several schools, and you are right at the start of a bicycle path that will take you all the way to PCC r... read more
