I live nearby. I walk through their complex to get to the Quatama MAX station. It's pretty, their complex. Like year round, it looks very nice. They clearly put time and effort into appearances. I especially like their trees. Beyond that, like all the others in the area, it's a great location. My original review since they removed it as other have been stating. I was one of the first owners here btw: I do not have the exact figures which I will admit from the start, but since living at Arbor nearly 10 years, I know that there has to be at least 70% of all original home owners that have sold or left and rented out their condos. The HOA has given figures of around 50% rentals and I know that some of the condos have been sold to new owners.
