I have been living in Arbor Creek Family Apartments for a little over 3 years. I couldn't be happier with my experience. The property is impeccably maintained and well lit. It is a very clean, safe and peaceful environment. The location is perfect with easy access to shipping, dining and public transportation. I recently transferred to a bigger unit. I had an amazing experience at Arbor Creek thanks to Hannah, the Assistant Community Manager. She was outstanding throughout the entire application process and made everything so much easier and less stressful. Hannah was kind, professional, helpful, and always quick to answer my questions. She made sure the apartment was very nice and extremely clean before move-in, which I truly appreciated. My thanks go to the management team for handling all the organizational details—everything was executed to the highest standard, with patience and understanding. It was a lovely touch to find a balloon, a small gift, and a card waiting for me when I checked into the apartment, it was truly sweet. Everything in the apartment is in good working order and clean. Thank you to everyone who put in such an effort.
