Dental Floss Issue For the first time ever, I had a piece dental floss stuck between my back teeth. Couldn't get it out no matter what I did. Had a routine checkup scheduled for next week but this couldn't wait. The dental hygenist did a very good job at removing it which was a relief. Further, the front desk staff did a great job at working me in on short notice. Thank you to all.

I was so nervous about my appointment today and Dr. Moon and the girls were amazing. I have never been to a more caring office in my 38 yrs. The girls up front were very helpful and so inviting as soon as you walk through the door. From this southern gal you all rock.

I came in because I had a problem that needed attention. I had mentioned in my new patient paperwork that I was very nervous and had some anxiety about being in a dentist office. Plus it had been years since I saw a dentist. As I was leaving to go to my appointment, the office called and said they could get me in earlier than my scheduled time. And as I walked in, I was greeted and I think I sat in the waiting area for less than a minute before being taken back. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and made me feel ... read more
