Id leave 0 stars if I could. DONT live here...I've been here for 6-7 years and *** the maintenance guy yells and screams at the tenants and co-workers if hes in a bad mood...he literally just yesterday said if I dont like the homeless drug addicts to move!!!...there are more homeless drug addicts in the parking lot then the actual apartments itself. I wouldn't refer Arbor Creek Apartments to anyone. There's an bug infestation and the apartments aren't up to par. When I moved in this apt u should've seen how filthy the unit was when I moved in. Whoever lived in my apt was filthy trash. They had s*** running down the sides of the toilet I cleaned that s*** omg the tenants that *********** are messy,trashy,drama people and the y're liars so please don't move here cuz this place ain't worth s*** They get all their money and ain't trying to fix the apt complex up to par.
