Quiet complex close to everything! Great pool and 2 big parks nearby. Office staff is respectful and kind. Amy and Remy. And parking easy AND the deposit is low! 24 hour laundry and gym big plus! Brand new paint entire complex. And great maintenance response . It is home Update Sept 17 Jose and Alfredo in maintenance are fantastic! Complex is crystal clean. Area has amazing restaurants and entertainment! Check it out!

Current on site mangers are fools and imbeciles who are rude to you the moment they get you to sign the contract agreement then they turn their back on you. Completely inappropriate, unprofessional and below standard employees.
Lived here for a couple of years before moving. The good: grounds were always maintained, maintenance was pleasant, the fitness center was clean, and there were some sweet neighbors. The not so good: - Very hot in the summers: for 1-bedroom apartments, there is only a wall AC in the bedroom and no windows in the kitchen, living room or bathroom (also, the bathroom's air vent was very weak but very loud).
