This is a very overdue review for Arbor Court. We lived here from October 2022 to October 2023 and I couldn’t wait to get out of here. There was a terrible roach infestation that got better but then worse. We dealt with so many problems here including the bathroom ceiling caving in at 2am in the area above the shower. Cypress is a very convenient city and we loved the neighborhood but unfortunately the roaches and the lizards just made it so uncomfortable. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE APARTMENT MANAGERS! Outdated apartments with a funky smell. Instead of fixing major issues, management just paints over ceiling and wall cracks. The carpet is horrendous and clearly not clean. Most concerning, Amy the manager was terrible — rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. She frequently made negative remarks about former tenants, which she found amusing, but came across as highly inappropriate. Terrible! Terrible place! Outdated apartments with a persistent, unpleasant odor. Instead of addressing major ceiling and wall cracks, they simply paint over them. The carpet is in terrible condition—worn, stained, and clearly not cleaned properly. The biggest issue, however, is the manager, Amy. Quiet complex close to everything! Great pool and 2 big parks nearby. Office staff is respectful and kind. Amy and Remy. And parking easy AND the deposit is low! 24 hour laundry and gym big plus! Brand new paint entire complex. And great maintenance response . It is home 😃 Update Sept 17 Jose and Alfredo in maintenance are fantastic! Complex is crystal clean. Living here has been an absolute disappointment, primarily due to the management team. Despite clear communication with office staff and managers, I was sent to collections without justification—seemingly out of spite. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. The biggest issue lies with Amy, who has been consistently rude, condescending, and unprofessional.
