Quiet complex close to fantastic restaurants and fun! I have lived here 6 years. We enjoy the perfect pool and spa that is kept very very clean Amy and Remy give wonderful response to any and all requests. Maintenance is consistent and has been here a long time which means alot to residents.loyalty gives security. The landscaping is lovely. And neighbors are warm and happy. There is a low deposit. Nice area, but has a bad roach infestation.
Unfortunately, my overall experience living in this community was very disappointing. There were ongoing issues with noise, smoking, and frequent disturbances that made it difficult to feel comfortable or at peace in my apartment. I also experienced several concerning police incidents near my building during my tenancy, including officers arriving with guns drawn and yelling for residents to come outside, which made me feel increasingly unsafe living here.
