This place saved my life; plain and simple. Their attention to care, their therapy program curated to my needs, and their ability to listen and empathize changed my life. Honestly I wouldn't be who I am without my therapist and how much she has helped me. Everyone I met in office has only been kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have found my sessions with Andrea to be very helpful. Our sessions feel like a safe place and she is adept at helping me identify my own cognitive distortions in a firm but good-humored way.
