Just got an email from the HOA: "Due to excessive water and sewer bills, bulk trash removal, and litter throughout the community the pool will not be opening until further notice. ... A new policy will be in effect immediately in that all owners are to have their plumbing inspected by a certified plumber to ensure there are no leaks." So, punish everyone. Even those that aren't delinquent and have no leaks? Terrible management practices.
It is worth buying out there? It seemed quiet in the daytime. I need to talk a ride at night.
