Dropped laptop off Tues for a stuck key issue, got me squared away today at a reasonable price. Offer to take care of any future related issue. *edit 5/2026 Once again I chose Arbor Computers to help with data recovery. Although they were unsuccessful, they were diligent in assisting, and was extremely professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I am working remotely from rural Colorado to Michigan, Arbor Computers is who my employer uses for her IT. I’m so glad I found this computer repair shop..they fixed my son PS5 and did a excellent job my son is very satisfied the issues with his game were fixed..friendly customer service and highly recommended.
Arbor Computers is fantastic. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and kind and reasonable. I recently bought a new laptop and was guided to exactly what i needed. They have also fixed my older laptop in the past very quickly and successfully.
